KATHMANDU, MAY 25

Following their successful show in Austin, Texas, Nepal's premier folk-rock band Nepathya captivated Seattle with their trademark melodies during their 2025 USA tour.

In a statement today, Nepalaya, the band's management company, said, 'A full house at the Moore Theatre swayed and danced along with lead singer Amrit Gurung.'

Throughout the concert, lead vocalist Amrit Gurung shared insights into his journey of discovering the songs he performed. His reflections on the nation's condition and the aspirations of Nepalis living abroad deeply resonated with the Seattle audience-just as they have with listeners elsewhere, reads the statement.

During the two-hour concert, Nepathya enthralled the packed house-including attendees who had come from as far as Canada-with their captivating blend of old and new songs.

On stage, lead vocalist and frontman Amrit Gurung was accompanied by Dhruva Lama on drums, Subin Shakya on bass guitar, Niraj Gurung on guitar, Shanti Rayamajhi on madal, and Dineshraj Regmi on keyboards.

For the third concert of the tour, the band will head to Los Angeles-home to the world-renowned film industry hub, Hollywood-to perform at the House of Blues on May 26.

For most of the concerts in the United States, arrangements have been made for audiences to purchase tickets directly online. Seats can be reserved through Nepathya's official website: nepathya.com.np, according to the statement.
